Rocla AGVs and Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks are marked with the “Avainlippu” or “Key Flag”, which indicates that the product is designed and manufactured at our factory in Järvenpää, Finland.
At Mitsubishi Logisnext’s European product development centre in Järvenpää, the design team employs over 70 people working on the Mitsubishi and Rocla brands. The factory produces up to 18,000 Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, and Rocla automated guided vehicles annually for both the Finnish and global markets. Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe Oy employs nearly 600 employees in design and manufacturing in approximately 150 different jobs, making a significant employment impact on Finland and fostering innovation within the region. Some of the manufacturing processes have been outsourced to subcontractors, where we strive to favour domestic suppliers.
All our AGVs are manufactured in Finland, and while some of the larger Mitsubishi forklift models are also manufactured at other European factories, all are designed in Finland at the Järvenpää Design Center.
