Logisnext Solutions Contact Center – a single point of contact
The new Logisnext Solutions Contact Center has been launched and will now serve our customers through a single point of contact.
The Contact Center provides centralised customer service for our customers. Contact Center can be contacted through two channels: email and phone. The service is available all business days from 8:00 to 16:00 (EET).
By offering a single point of contact for our customers, we improve our customer service even further by providing an easy-to-use channel for all AGV-related inquiries with short response times.
In addition to the Contact Center, all our contract customers will continue to reach the AGV Helpdesk through the Contact Center. Helpdesk service is available by email on business days from 6:00 to 22:00 and by phone 24/7. For non-contract customers, helpdesk support will be provided according to our price list.
